Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival your favourite room in the Hotel Sonnschein will be available from 02:00 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am.

Discounts & surcharges

Overnight stay with breakfast	Discount of EUR 11,- per day
Double room for single use	Surcharge of EUR 20,- per night
Local tax from 15 years of age	EUR 3,50 per person/night

Child reduction

If the children are accommodated in their parents' room, you will receive the following discounts at all times of the season:

Children up to 2 years	€ 20,00 Baby package per day
Children from 3 - 11 years old	50 % reduction
Children from 12 - 16 years old	25 % reduction

Pets

Please understand that your four-legged friend has to do without a wellness holiday at Hotel Sonnschein.

Cancellation policy - Our care for your holiday package

In order to keep you looking forward to your vacation as much as possible, we have decided to adapt our cancellation conditions based on the Covid - 19 provisions.

From 90 days before arrival - 40% cancellation fee
From 30 days before arrival - 70% cancellation fee
From 7 days before arrival - 90% cancellation fee
On the day of arrival, no-show - 100% cancellation fee

If entry is not allowed due to Corona restricitons through the state, the booking will of course be canceled completely free of charge.
If the booking has to be canceled due to Corona-related circumstances, we recommend that you take out our travel insurance.

Parking

There are plenty of outdoor parking spaces available for our guests.

Rates

All prices are quoted per person and day, include the sunshine inclusive services, all taxes excluding local tax EUR 3.50 per person and day (from 15 years). Services not used will not be refunded. Reduction for children is available from two full paying adults in the room. With publication of the new price list all previous prices lose their validity. Services may be changed or cancelled due to seasonal and weather conditions. Changes, typos or errors excepted.

Payment

Deposit: You are welcome to make a deposit upon receipt of the room reservation. Please state your name, time you are travelling and the exact purpose of the deposit.
