Our Team Service
Our service team brings what our kitchen conjures up for our guests daily. As a service team member, you are also a little magician because you can read our customers' wishes from their lips. Together, we ensure a simple process and a pleasant atmosphere and advise our guests on the selection of wines.
Your future area of responsibility
- Check-in and check-out of of all guests
- Taking care of the hotel guests
- Organisation of the daily reception activities
- Design and compilation of guest information
- Checking reservations and bookings
What we want from you
- Completed vocational training or several years of experience at the hotel reception desk
- Good and confident manners
- Good verbal expression
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent EDV skills
- Very good written and spoken German
- Perfect written and spoken English
What we offer you
